R21 Series Single-Stage Low Flow Regulators
R21 series single-stage in chrome plated brass or stainless steel regulators are designed for pressure control of high purity and corrosive gases in applications where slight fluctuations in outlet pressure are allowable when inlet pressure decreases.These regulators feature metal-to-metal diaphragm seals to prevent gas contamination.
